RedBull Music Academy recently sponsored a series of videos delving into the various subgenres of modern internet music, ranging from post-dubstep to altRnB. Featuring artists such as How To Dress Well, Mount Kimbie, Flying Lotus, and XXYYXX. The videos capture the history and also the future of experimental internet music trends while featuring many interviews from the artists involved. With music evolving so quickly via the internet, subgenre definitions can’t keep up and genre lines are being blurred. Check out the series and also be sure to check out all of the artists involved!
